The Shift Manager will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Manager is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift Manager’s assist the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.

Requirements:
- Conversational Spanish
- Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)
- Assist in counting out cash registers.
- Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.
- Expedite food for guests.
- Follow directions of management.
- Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling.
El Bolillo Bakery started out as a small Mexican bakery in the Greater Heights area of Houston. Over time the bakery became popular due to its hundreds of everyday fresh pastries and great customer service. Soon, business out grew the small building the bakery started in and construction started for a bigger bakery across the street. Following the momentum of growing popularity, another location was opened in the South side of Houston off of S. Wayside. It has become part of the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce and has remained active within the Community surrounding it.
