Shift Manager, Operations Finishing - HB Consultants LLC

Shift Manager, Operations Finishing responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, including but not limited to: Directly responsible for the production and turn maintenance of all units within the Finishing & Shipping Division. Responsible for safely leading the productivity, quality, maintenance and shipping activities in Finishing. Supervises hourly personnel within the division and handles personnel, training, and light-administrative issues. Supports Maintenance Engineers on daily safe maintenance work activities, including work identification, planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up of all maintenance work. his position requires rotating shift work
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from an accredited school . 3 years equivalent work experience in heavy manufacturing and 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment for this position. Will accept 2 years of military experience in a leadership position in lieu of the 3 years experience requirements listed above
Preferred Requirements Bachelors or Associates degree in a technical field, including engineering or a non-technical including business management, operational supervision or equivalent experience . 3 years experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
