What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader:

Take charge of daily operations, ensuring smooth shifts and great team performance.

Lead by example, inspiring team members to deliver top-notch service and delicious pizzas.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving conflicts promptly.

Oversee store promotions, placing and rotating them to catch the eye of every customer.

Manage tasks such as answering phones, baking pizzas, and interacting with customers with a positive attitude.

Ensure the team follows proper procedures to maintain high standards in food quality and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Experience in the food industry is a plus, but passion and a positive attitude matter most.

A strong work ethic, commitment, and reliability.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for customer service.
