We are Melanbo Opco LLC. a franchisee of Bojangles Inc. Our Shift Managers are a key component in running shifts in our restaurants. Being a Shift Manager at Bojangles is more than just a job. Leading by example, motivating the hourly team members, taking initiative and delivering outstanding customer service is a must for this position.
Requirements:
- Experience with Restaurant Leadership in QSR industry with experience managing a team.
- Control labor, food and cash according to procedures
- Help develop team members to improve performance and earnings
- Complete daily inventories
- Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
- Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
- Understanding that your success depends on the success of others
