Section 1: Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- Deploy team members and delegate tasks with 100% integrity
- Ensure guest product and service standards are met
- Foster an environment of teamwork
- Deliver an exceptional guest and restaurant experience
- Execute quality restaurant operations
- Clean restaurant, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as necessary
- Operate food preparation machinery
- Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies
Section 2: Additional Requirements
- Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
