Job Title: Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in the meat pit.
• Support the General Manager in staff management and training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
