Shift Leader

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote CKE Cultural Values to build a high-performing team
- Support the Performance Management process to ensure employee success
- Resolve customer issues and train employees in customer service standards
- Coach and hold the team accountable for operational procedures
- Ensure food safety standards are met during shifts
- Implement restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives
- Execute cash/security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years of restaurant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Flexible schedule including weekends and nights
- Strong teamwork, customer focus, accountability, and communication skills
- Adaptable to changing conditions and priorities
- Analytical, organized, and process improvement-oriented
