We are a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Greensboro, GA minutes away from beautiful Lake Oconee, and we have immediate opportunities for Shift Leaders in Customer Service/Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen/Back of House (BOH). Our Shift Leaders have the most important role on our Team as they lead our Team Members, ensure our Guests receive exceptional service, and help grow our Business. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. It is also the hardest role on our Team, but these front line Leaders have a huge impact on the Guest experience and on our Team Members' growth and retention.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead FOH or BOH operations to ensure our Guests feel cared for. Execute all food safety and food quality requirements in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Coach, engage, and develop Team Members and Team Leaders
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Problem-solving, "make it better" mindset
- Extreme ownership of operations and results
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members & Guests
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior leadership experience required; previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
