As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
What You’ll Do:
· Open and close the restaurant efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
· Master every position in the restaurant to assist wherever needed.
· Manage cash registers, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth product delivery, prep, and production.
· Inspect and expedite food, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
· Collaborate with the management team to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

What We’re Looking For:
· 1 year of restaurant management experience (required).
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours when needed.
