Job Title: Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional client service, and supporting the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff. This role includes performing duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing team productivity and hospital profitability.
• Provide excellent client service and support veterinary staff.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Handle scheduling and operational tasks.
