Job Title: Shelter Veterinarian

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to shelter animals, including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery.
• Develop and implement vaccination and wellness programs for shelter populations.
• Collaborate with shelter staff to improve animal care and adoption outcomes.
• Educate the community on responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
• Participate in outreach programs to promote spay/neuter initiatives.

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent degree; state veterinary license required.
• Experience in shelter medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for animal welfare and community service.
