Sheet Metal Foreman at Power Labor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee sheet metal projects, manage crew activities, and ensure that all work meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sheet metal team.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
• Manage workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, HVAC) are a plus.
