The Social Media Coordinatoris a creative individual that is passionate about increasing awareness ofthe Shaw Floors brand,products,and features.The individual in this roleis responsible formanaging and executing the company's social media strategy. This includes creating engaging content,monitoringand responding to comments and messages, analyzing social media data,and stayingup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices. The Social Media Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive engagement across all social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest,Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timelyand professional manner.
Generate, measure, and refine social campaigns in real time
Engage target audiences with relevant content to connect consumers with the Shaw Floors brand
Analyze social media data and generate reports to track performance and identifyareas for improvement.
Stay up-to-datewith social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance the company's social media presence.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all social media channels.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
Engage with influencers, partners, and customers to foster positive relationships and increase brand awareness.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identifyopportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Stay informed about relevant industry news and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful social media strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data to drive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
Work Shift
