Job Description:
Installation and Maintenance of SharePoint On Prem and SharePoint Online
Create and design SharePoint forms, workflow, notifications/alerts and coding to support other complex requirements
Development and implementation of site layouts, site templates, user navigation strategies, and information/data management strategies
Assists in requirements analysis and develop solutions for all tiers of the application: user interface, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.
Integrate with Microsoft and Non Microsoft applications
Oversee training others in how to maintain and enhance SharePoint sites
Troubleshoot deployment issues and establishing a business interface for back up procedures, as well as the handling of emergencies
Communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences at all organizational levels
Ability to work independently, prioritize deadlines, and deal effectively with time and deadline pressures
Demonstrates a high level of creativity and innovation
Creates documentation, and assists in the technical planning aspects of future enhancements.
Creates functional design documents, translate the business requirements into system requirements, and demo solutions to key stakeholders
Creates configuration and management of the SharePoint environment to meet requirements for site functionality.
Provide ongoing support for SharePoint related issues/inquiries.
Knowledgeable about SharePoint Taxonomy, Metadata, Content Management, Collaboration, Custom Web Parts, Reports, Search, InfoPath Services, Master Pages, Content Types, Features, Active Directory, etc.
Assists in Enterprise Content Management and Business Intelligence efforts.
Works collaboratively with all enterprise entities from the hospital and university base
