JOB DESCRIPTION
DURATION : 6 MONTHS
CLIENT: WELLS FARGO

RATE : To discuss
This position will support a migration and rebuilding of intranet content in SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013, including: 1) analyze the needs, 2) develop requirements 3) manage the building and rebuilding of content within SharePoint. Solutions may utilize out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality, existing vendor plug-ins or home-grown customizations. Responsibilities: The consultant will work with portal owner, enterprise support and local support teams and the content owners/managers to support the migration of intranet page content from 2007 SharePoint to new SharePoint sites. The SA consultant will also work with team members, lines of business and technology partners to manage the efforts. The SA consultant will be responsible for creating pages, lists, libraries and metadata to provide business solutions and optimize business processes using out-of-the-box SharePoint 2013. Experience with both SharePoint 2007 and 2013 is required. No farm administration skills are required.
Total of 10 years combined experience in SharePoint with an emphasis on 2007 and 2013. Here is an example breakdown: o 5 years in SharePoint 2007 o 2 years in SharePoint 2010 o 3 years in SharePoint 2013 o 5 years in SharePoint Designer o 3 years of portal design, site mapping and information architecture o Ability to understand and write HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery code o Ability to design, create, and modify SharePoint workflows and forms o Detail oriented o Write detailed business requirements, change control and use cases in standard documents o Facilitate requirements discussions o Facilitate walkthroughs of business requirements and use cases o Evaluate and document current processes using tools such as Visio o Recommend and model new business processes o Participated in a minimum of one SharePoint migration or upgrade project and understanding of concepts, processes, and lessons learned o Ability to work closely as a part of a team in both a local (face-to-face) setting as well as with team members in other locations o Experience in the monitor, governance, and management of content in SP 2013 o Experience working a Help Desk and interacting with users as first line support o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills o Creative and strong customer and product-oriented mindset o Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail.
