We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator & Power Platform Developer to support the Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Prison Industries/UNICOR. Your scope of work focuses on managing and developing SharePoint Online environments, including OneDrive/TEAMS integration, and developing solutions using the Power Platform suite (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and develop SharePoint Online environments
- Implement security measures and manage access controls to safeguard sensitive data
- Integrate and manage OneDrive/TEAMS within SharePoint Online environments
- Configure and manage OneDrive for Business with O365 services and applications
- Administer OneDrive for Business settings, including storage allocation and synchronization settings
- Ensure synchronization and efficient document management between OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
- Customize settings and permissions to streamline workflows across platforms
- Develop custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permission
- Evaluate new features and updates released by Microsoft for SharePoint Online and related tools
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop training materials for SharePoint and Power Platform
- Manage SharePoint governance and mentor technical staff and site owners
- Recommend updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites and related tools
- Ensure compliance with governance and compliance standards
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Implement mitigation strategies to achieve project goals
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
BACKGROUND
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration
- Proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
- Experience in developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI reporting
- Proficiency in O365 Email and Teams Administration
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices
- Familiarity with governance and compliance standards in SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments
- Experience with OneDrive integration within SharePoint Online environments
- Excellent time management skills
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or progressive and relevant field of study
- Certifications in SharePoint and/or Power Platform (preferred)
