About the Job
We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to work on supporting our client's SharePoint portal through creating sites, lists, views, InfoPath Forms, SharePoint Designer Workflows, web parts, and third-party solutions. The ideal candidate will perform duties as a SharePoint Site Administrator and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator, assisting in the creation of web pages that support embedded analytical products and data visualization. The candidate must be able to work well independently or as part of a larger team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring SharePoint sites conform to specification.
- Develop and customize SharePoint collaboration sites/applications deployed on projects.
- Create/manage user permissions.
- Carry out problem diagnosis and resolution of user issues.
- Produce documentation, process flows and instructions/How-To guides.
- Provide user training, desktop support and user support including troubleshooting.
- Continually assess development and improvement opportunities including integration with other applications.
• Write custom SharePoint front-end applications using JavaScript.
• Perform front and backend SharePoint designs.
• Strong skills with .Net, Javascript, WCF, Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Visual Studio, HTML, .NET, ASP.Net, MSSQL, PowerShell., InfoPath.
• Understanding of SharePoint features, Tools and architectures, Security, Structure, Libraries, Site Collections, Workflows.
• SharePoint Designer/Workflow design.
• Provide PowerShell scripting to automate maintenance tasks.
• Perform administrative tasks and configuring and maintaining the SharePoint server.
• Familiar with practical applications of SharePoint out of the box features/toolsets.
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather functional requirements via user groups, technical meetings, site visits, and surveys.
• Work as part of a team to implement SharePoint solutions tailored to meet specific content and process requirements.
• Provide technical documentation, end-user training, guidance, and support as needed.
• The role requires excellent communication skills for training others, developing comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting software performance issues, and supporting data analysis and job monitoring processes.
• Document all software and run-streams development, modifications, and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation outlining procedures for program execution and parameter settings.
• Analyze SharePoint usage and activity.
• Familiar with other Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to perform all job duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company confidentiality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint
• 2 years' experience as a SharePoint developer
• Experience in MS Office 365 Suite, Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Platform
• Knowledge of SharePoint backend (Nintex forms for O365, Nintex workflows for O365, Permissions, Power Automate, Power Forms)
• Experience directly interfacing with customers for feedback
Desired Skills:
• SharePoint Certification a plus
• Security+ Certification a plus
• Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
