The Agricultural Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program offers unique opportunities in Scientific, Technical, and Agricultural support for individuals aged 55 and over to support the Department of Agriculture?s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) through a grant administered program awarded to National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions). This is a unique program where your talents, expertise, and experience will truly be valued. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in SharePoint administration. OR AA Degree in Any. Valid State Driver?s license. Experience required with Windows, MS Word Microsoft SharePoint Duties: SharePoint administrator to update site navigation by coordinating with discipline leads. Create customized SharePoint landing/navigational pages for multiple disciplines using out of the box apps or collaborative tools to include lists, document/form libraries, discussion boards, calendars, the ribbon, web parts, workflows, etc. 70% Collaborate with discipline leads to determine navigational needs and develop landing pages. 15% Provide training to public affairs staff as needed to maintain the landing pages after project completion. 10% Create survey to gauge user experience and needed changes to the site structure to facilitate search optimization and navigation after users have tested the updated landing pages. 5% Other: Annual information system security, anti-harassment, and civil rights training. On the job. Required Certifications: Microsoft SharePoint Certification appreciated but not required. Travel Requirements: Occasionally to satisfy the duties of the position. Remote work arrangements are available for this position.
