We at Coforge are hiring for a SFDC QA Lead with the following skills:
- The Salesforce QA Lead will oversee the quality assurance processes for the Customer’s Salesforce implementation.
- They need to have a strong background in Salesforce testing, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the QA efforts for Salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Define, implement, and optimize QA strategies, test plans, and processes tailored for Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all QA-related discussions with stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by creating and executing detailed test cases, test scripts, and automated tests.
- Manage regression, functional, integration, and UAT phases.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners.
- Communicate QA status, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate testing efforts with nearshore teams (if applicable).
- 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years as a QA lead in Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Community).
- Proficiency in Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of testing Salesforce integrations, workflows, triggers, and APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading QA teams, including onsite and offshore/nearshore resources.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with nearshore teams in Latin America.
