Job Title: SFDC Lead with Financial Service Cloud (FSC)

Location(s): Jersey city, NJ (Hybrid)

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
• Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security are followed.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
