Our Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Sales/Service Cloud to join our team.&
The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing Salesforce solutions, gathering business requirements, and designing scalable solutions to meet organizational goals.&
This role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders across geographies, and the successful candidate will serve as a liaison between IT and business teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or play a significant role in a minimum of 4-5 Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud implementations, each lasting at least six months.
Capture business requirements and translate them into detailed design documentation, including BRDs, process flow documents, and user stories.
Design solutions for Sales/Service Cloud and other Salesforce platforms such as Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including creating prototypes and configuration.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for various Salesforce applications and custom applications on the Force.com platform.
Drive requirements analysis, prepare functional and solution design documents, and perform gap analysis.
Conduct design brainstorming sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and end-to-end requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate onsite-offshore teams during development, configuration, and testing phases.
Handle late-evening or early-morning calls to ensure alignment with offshore teams.
Develop and maintain functional design specifications, deployment documentation, and other necessary artifacts.
Provide technical guidance to teams, perform peer reviews, and suggest code improvements.
Mentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to contribute to the CRM practice.
Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and implement new features where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of IT industry experience with 8+ years in Salesforce.com, specifically in Sales/Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce objects, configurations, and administration.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to create BRDs, SRS documents, and solution designs.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present solutions and prototypes effectively to stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage onsite-offshore coordination and resolve build and deployment issues.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Preferred Qualifications:
Apex/Visualforce programming experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration using SOAP/REST APIs.
Experience with data-loading tools and production deployment processes.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and build confidence with customers by delivering quality results on time.
