- Solution Design and Requirements Analysis.
- Demonstrate proofs-of-concept, directly interacting with the client stakeholders.
- Write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.
- Gather business requirement (requirements maybe related to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud/Community Cloud/Chatter, or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Force.com platform)
- Build prototype configurations in Sales/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud /Community Cloud/Force.com/Chatter as part of Design phase.
- Coordinate with Development, Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project.
- Liaise between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements.
- Grasp user requirements quickly, and present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions.
- Total IT industry experience of at least 10 years, with at least 8 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service Cloud. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service Cloud / Community Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.
- Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud - should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration and administration essentials.
- Apex/Visualforce programming background/experience preferred.
- Must be able to write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.
- Ability to capture requirements from business users.
- Strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.
- Prior experience in designing solutions in Sales/Service Cloud/Community Cloud/Marketing Cloud/ Force.com based on a BRD, and churning out a Solution Design / Technical Design Document.
- Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming whiteboarding sessions.
- Able to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud /Community Cloud/Force.com/Chatter as part of Design phase.
- Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
- Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination,
- Late-evening and/or early-morning calls with Offshore development/configuration/testing teams will be part of the Project in the long-run.
