About the Job
The Sewing Machine Operator works with materials to craft proprietary medical belts. This individual will work with the team to assemble belts and finished goods by utilizing sewing machines, workstations and line-assembly operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble medical device components following detailed work instructions and specifications.
- Assemble subassemblies and finished goods, using sewing machines, fixtures, hand, or power tools.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure assembled devices meet quality standards and specifications
- Follow all regulatory and company standards, including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years sewing experience.
- Previous experience in industrial sewing environment or a similar role is preferred.
