As a part of our corporate office team, you will play a vital role in coordinating services with various vendors to ensure efficient operations and exceptional care.
The Role:
As a Services Coordinator based in our corporate office, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and scheduling services across our assisted living facilities and nursing homes. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of essential services while maintaining high quality and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing service agreements.
- Scheduling and coordinating services with various vendors, such as HVAC, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, fire monitoring and other essential services.
- Collaborating with facility administrators and corporate teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitoring vendor performance, resolving issues, and conducting periodic evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, exploring new vendor partnerships, and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, service coordination, or procurement. Experience in healthcare or assisted living industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive relationships with vendors and internal key players.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in using email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Strong multi-project management skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to handle challenging tasks.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Proactive with minimal oversight.
- Ability to take the lead and keep all relevant people updated.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Depending On Experience.
