Overview
As a ServiceNow Technical Program Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex and cross-functional ServiceNow projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define the scope, requirements, and timeline of the projects, and ensure that they are aligned with the business objectives and strategic vision. You will also oversee the technical aspects of the projects, such as architecture, integration, security, and performance. You will manage the project team, budget, and resources, and ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will also provide guidance, mentorship, and best practices to the project team and other ServiceNow developers.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects, from initiation to closure, following the agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage the project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and communicate the project status, risks, and issues to the stakeholders and senior management.
• Define and document the project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, and ensure that they are aligned with the business needs and expectations.
• Design and oversee the technical architecture, integration, security, and performance of the ServiceNow solutions, and ensure that they meet the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the project team, vendors, and other internal and external parties, and ensure that the project deliverables are completed according to the agreed standards and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentorship, and feedback to the project team and other ServiceNow developers, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow solutions, and ensure that they are compliant with the ServiceNow standards and best practices.
• Support the deployment, transition, and adoption of the ServiceNow solutions, and provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the ServiceNow domain, and identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects, preferably in a large and complex environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, or Security Operations.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow platform, architecture, integration, security, and performance.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development tools and techniques, such as scripting, workflows, orchestration, REST APIs, web services, and UI/UX.
• Strong knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more domains is preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
