Job Description:
ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:
8 to 10+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, or a related field.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, configuration, and development.
Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and platforms.
Technical Skills:
1. ServiceNow Expertise:
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB and ITAM.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
2. Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable.
