Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration efforts with various tools and data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow between systems.
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for IT, HR, and custom applications, addressing their unique requirements and use cases.
- Architect scalable and efficient systems that leverage the latest technologies and best practices, with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Evaluate third-party tools and technologies for integration and compatibility with existing systems, making recommendations based on technical feasibility and business value.
- Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans, to ensure clarity and consistency across the project lifecycle.
- Lead the implementation of integrations and technical solutions, overseeing development activities and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and promote continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to integration, software development, and enterprise architecture, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on architecture, design, and technology decisions.
- Participate in solution architecture review meetings and provide input on strategic initiatives and system enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a focus on integrations and system architecture.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing integrations with various tools and data sources, using technologies such as APIs, ETL processes, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT and HR systems, as well as custom application development, with the ability to architect solutions that meet diverse business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully coaching and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, coding languages, and frameworks, with a focus on Java, .NET, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience working with form-based applications and customization tools, such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their integration capabilities is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies, such as TOGAF, ITIL, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are desirable.
