We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices, as well as proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances. The candidate will also have a minimum Secret security clearance, up to Top Secret.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet the needs of the organization
• Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
• Provide technical support to ServiceNow users
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
• Maintain ServiceNow documentation
• Work with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems
• Participate in security audits and assessments
• Follow all security protocols and procedures

• Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
• Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
