About the Job
The ServiceNow Senior Project Manager will provide operational support to CRI's Solutions Division and report to ServiceNow Division's Project Management Lead.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Project Management Lead of ServiceNow Solutions with program implementation and ongoing day-to-day management of the program
- Analyze project management needs and tailor industry best practices to suit environment
- Capable of understanding and defining the bigger picture. This role requires continuous translation between technical capabilities, business outcomes and value, and conceptual standardization.
- Review all SOWs, track financials and revise agreements as necessary
- Work with cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets to support successful performance across operations and projects;
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse group of staff members, stakeholders, and customers
- Participate in meetings; follow up on direction, action items, questions, documentation, etc;
- Develop and maintain both programmatic and technical documentation.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to coworkers and colleagues.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Requirements
- The ServiceNow Senior Project Manager will provide operational support to CRI's Solutions Division
- PMP Certification
- Agile/Scrum Master Certification
- 3-5 years as supervisor or relevant role
- 1-3 years of ServiceNow experience in leading Client implementations from start to finish.
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid Understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its Applications.
- Solid understanding of financial management
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years in supervisor role
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 8+ years of project management experience
