The Quality Assurance Analyst will manage the testing activities for ServiceNow platform development and enhancement projects as well as instance upgrades. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and business users to maximize efficiencies in executing tests, leveraging ServiceNow’s automated testing capability, when applicable, to construct effective functional, performance, and regression test suites.
Essential Functions for this role include:
- Owns, administers, and enforces compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) processes
- Responsible for SDLC and PMLC Process Ownership (documentation, process amendment, etc.)
- Responsible for SDLC and PMLC Administration (project intake, education of applicable teammates, questions, job aids, templates, etc. using appropriate tools (e.g., Service Now)
- Track active projects for compliance with required deliverables.
- Partner with Technology Risk Management to coordinate and manage audit data collection, review, and response as requested.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) to help ensure all materials have been submitted and reviewed. Act as back up coordinator for the CAB when needed.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to optimize their approval process and verification within Change Management (CM)

- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years relevant project management and technology-based change deployment experience
Familiarity with Service Now, Microsoft Project, and deployment management best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Dev-Sec-Ops continuous deployment experience
