OVERVIEW
ITech AG is looking for a ServiceNow Program Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in steering the full lifecycle management of IT products within the ServiceNow application family. This position is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering collaboration and innovation in delivering transformative ServiceNow solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of strategic planning for IT product lifecycles, from ideation to tactical execution.
- Lead as the Senior Program Manager, specifying requirements, ideating, and managing the technical development and launch of new IT products.
- Collaborate across organizations, guiding integrating, and deploying ServiceNow modules enterprise-wide.
- Work closely with customers, understanding their business priorities and leading technical exchange meetings to align with mission and system priorities.
- Manage ServiceNow Solution Design, ensuring alignment with business context and translating functional requirements into sustainable implementation.
- Collaborate with program resources to define sustainment governance and processes during operational transitions.
- Offer insights and expertise into ServiceNow platform capabilities, and the vendor's product roadmap, and lead teams implementing multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Oversee the review of business processes and system-level changes, contributing to continual service improvement.
- Provide design perspectives to maintain consistency, stability, and supportability of solutions and processes.
- Keep abreast of the vendor's solution capabilities, product roadmap, and maintain organizational progress for the solutions.
- Provide mentorship to stakeholders where applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a minimum of 8 years in IT project/program management and 5 years in Agile development.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, operating effectively in demanding and evolving environments.
- Experienced in managing personnel issues and achieving results beneficial to the Government on time.
- Exhibit excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Capable of coordinating vital contractual matters promptly without disrupting services to the Government.
- Proficient in program/project planning, budget tracking, status reporting, and risk management.
- Display expertise in analysis, requirements gathering, testing, quality assurance, change management, and operations and maintenance support.
- Experience using ServiceNow to manage User Stories and a Product Backlog.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
- Hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Provider.
CLEARANCE:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public Trust.
- Pursuant to a government contract, US citizenship is required.
