ServiceNow Product Owner - TechnoVal Alliance

Job Title: Product Owner I

Location: Hybrid (Buffalo, NY 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Rate: $70-80/hr on W2 (based on experience level)

Note: No sponsorship available. Must be USC, GC Holder, GC EAD, or H4 EAD (valid for 2+ years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:
• Create a comprehensive project plan leveraging the NowCreate methodology, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
• ServiceNow SecOps Implementation:
• Design ServiceNow solutions for SecOps using the NowCreate methodology.
• Guide the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, RSA Archer, and Tenable
• Agile Leadership:
• Lead Agile/Scrum meetings to support ServiceNow SecOps implementation.
• Change Management:
• Participate in Change Authorization Boards (CAB).
• Provide analysis and recommendations based on changes affecting the system's security posture.

Required Skills:

• Experience with the NowCreate methodology.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow SecOps solutions and integrations with security tools like Splunk, CrowdStrike, RSA Archer, and Tenable.
• Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum meetings.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of business, analytical, technical, and/or product experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred:
• Experience prioritizing tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking principles and basic product design/development best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
• Experience working with user experience (UX) teams on product design.
• Experience developing and managing digital capabilities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent decision-making and ability to influence positive outcomes.
• Specific subject matter expertise as required by the assigned product.
