ServiceNow HAM Pro - REMOTE WORK - 60858

Pay Range - $75 - $80/hr

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position ServiceNow HAM Pro to work on Remote basis.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be at an expert level with regards to ServiceNow HAM Pro.

Focus areas: Core Platform, Hardware Asset Mgmt. (HAM) Professional, Remedy ITSM, Flexera (on-prem)

Must Have:

- All typical responsibilities of a senior business process consultant

- Seasoned IT professional with background in End User Computing asset mgmt.

- Global project implementation experience

- Flexera - experience with Flexera

- Remedy - experience with Remedy ITSM

- ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation (3+)

- ServiceNow ITSM implementation

- ServiceNow certified system administrator

Nice to Have

- Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow HAM Pro (CIS-HAM)

- Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

Conduct implementation readiness assessment

Prepare for, and facilitate, implementation workshops

Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements

Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes
