We are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer who specializes in SecOps, ITSM, and Integrations. This is a permanent role in our dynamic technology team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficient in ServiceNow SecOps and ITSM modules.
- Experience in integration, deployment, security, incident response, and vulnerability response.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications would be an added advantage.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
