Job Description:
Lead project estimation, define project timelines, and contribute to project plans and milestones.
" Mentor and guide team members in design, development, and testing activities.
" Define architectural strategies and patterns commonly used within ServiceNow.
" Build clean, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering.
" Work closely with product owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application development and deployment processes.
" Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while improving existing ones.
" Foster knowledge-sharing within the team and facilitate individual team member development.
" Conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
" Interact cross-functionally to coordinate efforts across the organization, voluntarily sharing information
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
" Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.
" Provide subject expertise on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a product advocate within customer accounts.
" Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations and CMDB.
" ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow Application Developer, and/or Architect certifications are a plus
