Responsibilities

• Drives standardization and best practice platform management, enabling teams to focus on value delivery
• Institute technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long-term technical risk
• Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive new value.
• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform
• Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
• Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment
• Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow recommended patterns, integrations, and connector ecosystem
• Good understanding of SaaS Security best practices, DevOps, and secure software development
• Design and implementation of secure cloud architectures that meets risk and compliance needs
• Design and code reviews for ServiceNow implementations

 
Qualifications

• Industry and project experience of 5+ years with ServiceNow architecture and solutioning responsibilities
• Expertise with ServiceNow, CMDB, or ITSM tool configuration and custom development
• Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
• Have prior experience working in a Software Engineering, IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment or role with a background in automation
• Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
