Experience in IT solution architecture and understanding of enterprise architecture.
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong proficiency with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly and other ServiceNow supported technologies.
Must have ITSM hands on experience.
Exceptional problem-solving capability and ability to think strategically.
Able to design and implement the Service Management solutions.
Good understanding of ServiceNow tool best practices.
Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB, and Common Services Data Model, Asset management.
Strong experience in customer facing Service Catalog items.
Good to have proficiency in SPM, IRM Capabilities.
Experience in SOAP, REST API integrations.
Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development of ITSM, SPM solutions in client environments.
Good to have ServiceNow SPM Products; PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management, Timecard Management, Agile, SAFe, APM, Financial Management.
Knowledge of industry and domain frameworks leveraged for ITSM, SPM, ITAM, IRM.
Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, REST, SCP, FTPS .etc. and security gateways.
Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on complex business processes and technical concepts.
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients, translating technical strategies to business outcomes and business outcomes to technical strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, and situational awareness
Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
Superior maturity, professionalism, and judgment; ability to excel with minimum supervision.
Experience with SDLC processes implementing in a variety of project methodologies: waterfall, iterative, SAFe, Agile/Scrum

Experience Required
8+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM

Roles & Responsibilities
Should be able to work as a lead technical Architect of ServiceNow implementations, demonstrating understanding of the customer requirements, enterprise architecture and desired outcomes.
Hands on Technical expertise to perform development work as project required post design activities as bandwidth permits.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, now mobile and integrations.
Able to work closely with customers and internal team to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
Must provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding both internal teams and customers.
Should be able to create system design and detailed technical documentation.
Must configure and enhance ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities.
Should be able to conduct deep-dive technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Must lead and participate in Code review, system and integration testing, ensuring best practices are followed.
Must educate and coach internal team and customer on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Ensure that all implementation work is carried out in according to the company policies and industry best practices.
Should be able to contribute in business development activities including identifying new business opportunities, written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations.
