Role : ServiceNow Architect

Location : Remote

• We are looking for a Lead Developer with Design, Configuration, troubleshooting, Code Reviews, Advisory, Roadmap for ITSM, ITBM, Custom Applications with 8 + Year Experience
• The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the platform development and design, and support of ServiceNow Modules in ITSM, ITBM and also Custom Application development
• Experience in hands on Platform level architecture and configurations is required for this role
• Experience in the ServiceNow Digital Product Release module is desirable
• Experience in Design and configuration / integration experience using integration hub/ flow designer is a must have requirements

• Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, guiding and mentoring technical staff, creating POC solutions, estimating solution costs and timelines, designing system integrations and data migrations, creating technical roadmaps
• Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments, in this case, specifically ServiceNow

• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision
• Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
• CSA, CAD and minimum 1 Mainline certification is mandatory for this role
