ServiceNow Administrator - Blue Chip Talent

Blue Chip Talend is currently looking for a Sr. Level ServiceNow Administrator to work on-site in Irvine CA. Candidate needs to have 8+ years of experience and must have a bachelor's Degree in some IT-related field.

Candidates must be able to work on our W2 with no Restrictions. No C2C or 1099 allowed.

Skills needed:

• 8+ years' experience with software development, design, and architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years' experience in solution architecture with emphasis on the implementation of SNOW technical solutions in an Agile environment
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow reports.
• Experience in ServiceNow Playbook development.
• Experience with API development for inbound and outbound data exchange (REST and SOAP).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM, and NowAssist.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD.
