About the Job
Your Elevator Service has an immediate opening for, experienced clerical & office personnel. The workplace for this position is our headquarters offices in Centerville, Utah. We are a small-medium size company on a steep growth trajectory. We have about 20 employees at present and project 53 at the end of the next three years. We service, repair, upgrade and maintain on a scheduled basis Residential elevators. We do not sell or install Residential Elevators. We work only in existing homes which already have Elevators in them, which were installed by any one of several companies. Those companies do not provide the service, we do. Job Description:
It is a full-time job with no out-of-town travel. The Job is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position would be inside support for a group of service technicians and salespeople. Taking all incoming calls for sales service or repairs and, the scheduling, routing, and, dispatching of the same. Also all the traditional office, clerical and administrative skills
Must have Quick Books computer experience.
We work from a retail space that requires strict dress and grooming standards. You might say Business Casual. This is a non-smoking environment.
