WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Service Writer - Auto Mechanic, your day starts with diagnosing vehicles and identifying what needs fixing. You're hands-on with repairs, tackling everything from routine maintenance to complex issues. You're also the assistant manager, so you help keep the shop running smoothly, coordinating with the team and making sure everyone's on track. Throughout the day, you talk with customers, explain the repairs needed, give estimates, and keep them updated on their vehicle's progress. Every day is busy and rewarding, combining your skills in both repair and customer service!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SERVICE WRITER - AUTO MECHANIC?

We're looking for an automotive technician who can work part-time or full-time between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, while meeting the following qualifications:

• Relevant experience
• Knowledge of management software
• Customer service skills
• Hardworking
