Service Valet - Ourisman CDJR of Woodbridge

Service Valets complete various tasks to help a dealership maintain a clear and organized lot, including:

• Moving cars between display areas, the shop, storage facilities and customer pickup locations
• Driving and handling cars cautiously to protect customer & company property
• Keeping track of the location for all cars on the lot by annotating parking location on the key tag
• Cleaning and maintaining the interiors and exteriors of vehicles
• Performing general clean up on the dealership lot
• Completing offsite tasks to assist dealership management
• Greeting customers with a smile, checking in their vehicle for service, guiding them to the appropriate advisor for their appointment
• Checking cars for scratches or dents and annotating the vehicle condition on the check in sheet/electronically on the provided iPad.
• Assisting customers by answering questions or meeting transportation needs
• Transporting vehicles to customers' homes or other locations for Servicing purposes
• Providing shuttle services as requested
