Service Technician - Windows - MTM LLC

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and replace various types of windows, including but not limited to, residential and commercial windows, glass panes, frames, and hardware.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure windows are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose window issues, including leaks, cracks, and mechanical problems.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain the issues, solutions, and provide cost estimates. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and answering questions.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, services completed, and time spent on each job.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of window parts.
• Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies. Participate in training sessions and workshops as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in window installation and repair is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in window installation, repair, and maintenance.
