Service Technician at Manpower

Our client in the agricultural industry is seeking a Service Technician to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will be part of the service department supporting our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $21/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance on tractors, equipment, and lawn care products
• Diagnose and repair complex issues on tractors, equipment, and lawn care products
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and department success

What's Needed?

• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as a service technician preferred
• Own your own tools
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
