Description
Are you passionate about the entertainment industry? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and solving technical issues? We are seeking a friendly and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our entertainment equipment.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance services for mobility and locker equipment which will include strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, and other allied equipment
- Provide on-site technical support and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on entertainment equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new equipment according to specifications and industry standards
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of service tickets, equipment maintenance, and completed tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3-year proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong technical skills in electrical, Wiring Diagram, Soldering and mechanical systems
- Light Plumbing Experience, (i.e. mainly for our water blasters) a plus but not required
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with entertainment equipment (i.e.- pinball-arcade repair) and industry trends is a plus
- Computer software skills for troubleshooting and compatibility meshing for some games and advanced features
