Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for multiple hours

Climb and ascend stairs, bend, crawl and stoop as required, will Climbs ladders and maneuvers in attic spaces, residential homes, and commercial locations

Hear sounds at normal speaking levels, in person, and on the phone

Speak including expressing and exchanging information, in person and on the phone

Perform duties such as reading and preparing written documents, viewing security monitors and information on a phone

Strong hand/eye coordination

Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus

Constant use of both hands and arms in reaching/handling/grasping items, using a phone, writing notes, texting/ typing on a phone and standard equipment, and other administrative tasks

Constant mental alertness and attention to detail while working

Use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment

Reach with hands to lift, carry and/or move items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds

Education

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Attend training classes as required by State Certification/Licensing functions
