Service Technician II - Hope Plumbing, LLC

Hope Plumbing, LLC is looking for a skilled full-time Service Technician II to join our team in Prospect, CT. If you're experienced, organized, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to work with a company that values quality service and provides a supportive work environment.

This position earns a competitive hourly wage of $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN II?

In this role, you'll perform service calls where you'll diagnose issues, recommend effective solutions, and guide customers through repair or replacement options. You'll take the time to explain these options clearly, helping customers make informed decisions and closing leads with confidence. Thorough home inspections will also be a key part of your work, as you'll document findings to support the service manager in creating precise job estimates. Above all, you'll provide excellent customer service, ensuring each job is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards, leaving customers satisfied with both the process and the results.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

• Monday – Friday, 7 am - 4 pm; weekends and overtime available

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN II?

• P1 or P2 license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Plumbing and HVAC fluency
• Customer service skills
• Organizational skills
