Service Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing leader in the Automation industry who is hiring Service Technicians to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and growth opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Service Technician will provide product and customer support on a variety of automated equipment
• Technician will diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and software system failures
• Technician may provide field support or in house support
• Technician will troubleshoot and repair robotic, automation, printing, and mailing equipment
• Technician will manage customer service calls, parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• Service Technician must have a strong electrical, mechanical, and computer software knowledge
• Technician must have strong interpersonal and customer relation skills, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Candidates must be able to read blueprints, schematics
• Candidates must be proficient using hand tools, power tools, testing and diagnostic tools and equipment
• Candidates must be willing to work on call and overtime hours as needed
• High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred
