Service Technician at Entegee

Summary: Seeking an Onsite Service Technician responsible for maintaining automated equipment, providing technical support, and training customer representatives.

Job Requirements:

• General knowledge of automation and robotics technologies.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on automation equipment.
• Ability to train customers on automation systems.
• Experience resolving technical issues in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

Preferred Skills:

• Associate's Degree in Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an industrial, engineering, or automation environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for automated equipment at the customer site.
• Perform daily preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance service activities with the customer.
• Prepare inspection reports and troubleshooting analysis of equipment and systems.
• Provide ongoing oversight of system functionality.
• Manage the customer's spare parts inventory for automated equipment.
• Participate in initiatives to improve system practices with stakeholders.
• Provide continuous training for customer personnel and other employees within the organization.
• Participate in weekly customer meetings as the main point of contact between the customer and service team.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies during work activities.
