Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Handyperson / Punchout Technician / Service Technician to handle pre- and post-settlement work for one of our luxury home communities in Camas, Washington.

Qualifications

Candidates must have their own transportation and tools, a valid driver's license, as well as hands-on experience with drywall, paint and light finish carpentry or carpentry punchwork. Customer service / punchout experience with a homebuilder is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.

This position offers the opportunity for career advancement into an Assistant Construction Manager position.

The salary for this position is $18.94-$24.62 per hour.
